As a congregate living health facility in Modesto, California, Pacific Care II provides residents with a safe environment to receive the level of nursing care they need, along with great features and amenities. We have 4 spacious private suites and 1 semi-private suite, thoughtfully equipped with heating and cooling systems, closets, hospital-grade beds, and televisions. All areas have access for individuals with disabilities.
